YOU for it as well as their own charges. We don't do that. We have our own vendors and can fix just about anything that does not involve calling a contractor for.

Landscaping
A property's "Curb Appeal" is everything. The properties we manage get cleaned up daily and as needed during the day.
The entire area immediately outside of your property gets this attention as well because we believe it is necessary.
Your property will get clean and stay clean and presentable to the public and all prospective tenants.
Mowing, trimming and leaf blowing will be done as needed.
Office Management

We can either jump right into your existing office management system or create one that will work for you.
Tenant files will be maintained, tenants in arrears with their rents will be noticed and evicted if payment is not received.
Rents and deposits will be entered in the computer and deposited to your bank account with accurate accountability.
Illegal activities occuring on your properties will be dealt with accordingly and will be stopped.
If you choose, we can arrange to pay the utility bills for you as well.
On site management 24/7 or just daily management with on call (after hours) can be arranged.
We work for your property under your business license.
Punch Out and Rehab of vacated units.

We realize that when a unit becomes vacant due to an eviction, lease end with no renewal, or move out that it must be made rent ready immediately and re-rented.

We strongly believe in the free Craigslis.org daily ad postings and I have had a lot of success with this.
I know what it takes to attract people to your property and get them to call with questions, then get them to come in and see the available units. I know what incentives work at getting them to rent from us.
